Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Sisters In Purity (S.I.P) website, join our community, take part in our online sessions or give to S.I.P. By using the site you agree to them. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

There's no membership fee. When you send the Join form, please give accurate details. Each phone number can be registered once. We review every request and may get in touch before confirming your membership.

If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's agreement to join, which you confirm when you send the form. We may contact them to say hello and answer any questions.

Our sessions are spaces for prayer, study and fellowship. When you join a session online or attend in person, please:

• treat everyone with kindness and respect;
• keep what others share in confidence;
• not record or share screenshots of a session without the group's agreement;
• follow the host's guidance during the session.

We may remove anyone from a session, or end a membership, if their behaviour puts others at risk or disrupts the group. Online sessions take place on a third-party video meeting service, which has its own terms.

Donations are voluntary gifts that support our visits to children's homes and rescue centres and our weekly ministry. Payments are handled by the payment providers shown on our Donate page, under their own terms. If you made a mistake with a donation, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't try to misuse it: for example by sending spam through its forms, trying to get into the admin area, or interfering with how it works. Forms have limits to prevent abuse.

The text, design, logo and photos on this site belong to S.I.P or the people who took them. Please ask before reusing them. Bible passages linked from the reading plan open on external Bible websites, which have their own terms.

Session reminders and the Bible reading plan are free helpers. We do our best to keep session times and links correct, but if something changes at short notice, the latest details from S.I.P take priority. You can unsubscribe from reminders at any time.

The site links to other websites and apps, such as video meetings, messaging, Bible websites and social media. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

We provide the website as it is and work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Kenyan law.
